About the Role
We are an energetic and international team, with main offices in Lithuania, Finland, Israel, Hungary, and Norway, as well as a strong presence of remote employees. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Global People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Lithuania.
The compensation package is from 4200 EUR to 5000 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.
In This Role, You Will:
- Contribute to resource planning, forecasting, and benchmarking exercising strong financial acumen and understanding of the company.
- Leverage your compensation and benefits expertise to assist managers in aligning with global structures.
- Drive recruitment planning and implementation of the recruitment plan. Take part in candidate interviews, and support aptitude testing for managerial and other positions as needed. Help TA Lead with recruitment kick-offs and weekly follow-ups. Assist Hiring Managers to think strategically when making hiring plans and recruitment decisions that support the company goals, vision and business needs.
- Ensure and manage company-wide People & Culture targets, projects, and global processes in alignment with CUJO AI’s strategy, business purpose targets, and strategic vision.
- Ensure high-quality target setting, PPDR discussions, and bonus processes.
- Conduct performance reviews, salary discussions, and probation evaluations. Advise and consult line managers as needed. Facilitate high-quality, timely documentation and compliance with local and global guidelines.
- Carry out talent actions: skills evaluations, individual learning plans, talent reviews, successor planning.
- Together with the Organizational Development Lead plan and implement talent development actions.
- Ensure high compliance of DEI and Fair Pay principles in all people related processes; guide, coach, challenge and if needed escalate issues relating to fair pay and DEI.
- Actively contribute to managerial training and development planning at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exit interviews and reporting / improvements needed.
- Drive engagement / pulse survey process and action planning, follow-up and improvement accountability.
- Support, coach and consult unit / function leads and managers in daily leadership:
- Employee motivation, engagement and performance issues and conflicts with a positive, solution-orientated approach in line with company values.
- Employment issues (special agreements, warning / exit / termination / redundancy / cooperation negotiation).
- Day-to-day support and continuous development of line managers.
- Assist managers in implementing change.
- Additional projects and responsibility areas as agreed / departmental OKRs.

What Does Success Look Like:
- Ownership of the key HR KPIs of the assigned business area: employee turnover, engagement, time to hire, sick leave %, employee relations metrics.
- Ability to turn company strategy and targets into tangible people and culture actions and tasks. Ability to measure these tasks and targets.
- Being a trusted advisor of line managers in relation to people and culture topics. Becoming a ‘go-to person’ for all people-related questions from line managers.
- Ability to modify leadership style as required, adapt approach based on audience needs, and conduct internal communications effectively and timely across all media.
