Senior Software Engineer – SRE Team


📍The preferred location for this position is Lithuania  🇱🇹 or Hungary 🇭🇺 .


💡 What is the role about and how will you contribute: We are seeking a skilled Senior Softawre Engineer with experience in large-scale production systems and backend development, particularly in Python. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our environments, troubleshoot complex issues, manage monitoring and alerting systems, and implement automation to improve efficiency. Expertise in AWS, monitoring tools, and Tier 2 technical support is essential.

Requirements


🌟 Here’s what will make you our perfect fit: 

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 🧩

✔️ Knowledge of Tier 2 technical support processes and best practices. 🛠️

✔️ Proficiency in backend development using Python. 🐍

✔️ Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure. ☁️

✔️ Extensive with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus (PromQL), Grafana, CloudWatc, ELK stack. 🔍

✔️ Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or in a similar role. 💻

✔️ Extensive experience with Apache Kafka (MSK). 🔄

✔️ Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB). 📊

✔️ As part of an international team operating across multiple locations, we require fluent spoken and written English for effective communication and collaboration. 🌍
