About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Customer Delivery Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will act as a senior, trusted partner to our customers, owning the successful delivery of CUJO AI solutions across complex, large-scale service provider environments. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels – shaping delivery plans, guiding technical discussions, managing risk, and ensuring strong alignment between CUJO AI and customer stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful solutions.
This role reports to the EMEA Delivery and Customer Success team leadership.
Location: This position is remote-friendly. While we ideally seek to fill the role in Germany or UK, candidates based in other European countries will also be considered.
In This Role, You Will:
- Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements and present CUJO AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Sales teams to align on deliverables and priorities.
- Lead architecture reviews, change management processes, and incident resolution efforts.
- Manage customer billing, cost estimation, and growth projections.
- Facilitate firmware and cloud development testing, live sessions, and release communications.
- Maintain and audit system access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support customer systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer engagement.
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to onboarding and delivery.
- Support RFP, RFIs and help position CUJO AI against competitors.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical and/or delivery roles within large-scale ISP / NSP or comparable service provider environments.
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing Project, Program, or Delivery Management roles.
- Proven ability to interface confidently with senior customer stakeholders, building trust and managing complex relationships.
- Strong understanding of firmware delivery, cloud-native architectures, and AWS fundamentals.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-geography teams across EMEA and AMER.
- Demonstrated strength in incident management, change management, backlog prioritisation, and dependency coordination.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
