About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Frontline NOC Analyst (Fixed-term) to join our team in Lithuania to help ensure our services run smoothly 24/7.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy structured tasks and a stable work environment while embracing a rotating shift schedule that covers days, evenings, and nights.
The compensation package starts from 1400 to 1800 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.
The role is a fixed-term parental leave substitute (June 2026 – May 2028).
In This Role, You Will:
- Monitor IT services and systems.
- Provide first-line customer support for B2B clients.
- Create and manage support tickets.
- Perform database checks.
- Document and pass on relevant information to the next shift.
- Follow established processes to ensure service quality, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, raising observations, and helping drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical IT knowledge in areas like networking, cybersecurity, system monitoring or customer service.
- Good incident response sense and ability to act with urgency.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with our international team.
- Good communication, initiative skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
- Confidence to speak up, share ideas, challenge the status quo constructively, and take ownership when opportunities for improvement arise.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to motivate others through example and positively influence team performance.
