With us, you’ll work in a hybrid setup — you and your team decide how often you meet in the office and when to work from home. Some roles offer the flexibility of being fully remote, especially if you’re not near our offices in Kaunas, Vilnius, Budapest, Tel Aviv, or Helsinki.
We’re also offer relocation support for many positions, so you can join our global team from wherever you are.

As part of the process, you may be asked to complete assignments or aptitude tests. Since we’re a global team, we’ll also assess your English skills — but don’t worry — most of us are not native speakers! We expect a certain level of written and verbal English that is essential to collaborate effectively.
Technical Tasks & Interviews
If we move forward, you’ll be able to demonstrate your skills through technical tasks and interviews. This is your chance to meet more of the team, ask questions, and explore whether the role and culture fit you.
Feedback Throughout
We value open communication and transparency. You’ll receive regular feedback during the process, and we aim to close most roles within 30 days to keep things smooth and timely for everyone.
