Solutions Architect is responsible for designing how CUJO AI products and services are integrated into client environments and value is provided to the end customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Designing and leading the systems integration of CUJO Services for CUJO’s customers
  • Responsible for driving technical workshops in both pre-sales and post sales delivery phases. Owning main touchpoints: Partner API, Infrastructure requirements, Mobile API, and Firmware requirements
  • Responsible for driving the solution design in ISP. Will agree on what API call/webhooks and how would be used, call flows, ISP existing fingerprints/profiles integration, custom threat feeds etc.
  • Consultation and support during the execution phase
  • Engage and influence industry standards

Technical competencies

  • 5-7+ years of design, implementation, and consulting experience in product, project management, and delivery to large ISP and carrier customers
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, firmware development, API architecture, data modelling, and network protocols
  • 2+ years relevant experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, ISP Management, and developers
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and communicate priorities, changes, and tasks that need to be completed

  • Successful history of client service with technology product or service including experience setting and managing client expectations
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements

  • Ability to document system architectures
  • ISP Network and System design experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Expertise using Atlassian tools: Confluence and Jira
  • Technical degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
