Your responsibilities
- Coordinate test automation activities across organizational boundaries
- Contribute to defining and establishing test automation strategy
- Contribute to automation standards & guidelines
- Scale test automation and contribute to advocacy across teams
- Drive test automation delivery status follow-up, reporting and communication
- Define and monitor test automation metrics
Requirements for the role
- 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering area
- Proven experience in testing RESTful web services and APIs
- Versatile experience in test automation (any programming language)
- Servant leadership skills – calling for action and helping teams solve complex problems
- Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented and positive thinking
- Sustainable networking and collaboration skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies and test automation in Agile product lifecycle
Preferred requirements
- Broad expertise in many test automation technologies
- Python, Java programming knowledge
- Hands-on experience in using AWS services
- Good understanding of IP networking (OSI 2 to 7 layers)
