CUJO AI is the leading artificial intelligence company for Network Operators. We deliver revolutionary AI-driven solutions worldwide including network security, device intelligence, and parental control. We create technology that helps Network Operators to offer personalized end-user experience using data and machine learning for both LAN and mobile networks.

Our team is looking for Customer Success Manager, who will be in charge of the success of the customer’s CUJO AI powered services from pre to post launch.

The role is primarily home based with occasional travel to either client sites or CUJO AI offices. While the role is primarily home based the ideal candidate will be based in the United Kingdom, Germany or The Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will be

  • Drive the customer success from launch to growing the business
  • Manage the customer relationship
  • Forecasting & business planning (priorities, timelines)
  • Business reporting (monthly, quarterly), organizing and managing quarterly business reviews
  • Drive customer product roadmap and innovation for CUJO AI services
  • Serve as the company ambassador and be the voice of the customer into the CUJO AI organization in close collaboration with Delivery, Operations, and Product organizations
  • Support the customer in the Go to Market development, product & service positioning, education, and training of the CUJO AI powered services
  • Support the development of joint value propositions in collaboration with the company product
  • Management and marketing organization
  • Understanding the customer processes and stakeholders for launching the customer services based on CUJO AI products and technologies
  • Manage the customers launch process, timelines, and priorities to ensure the customer is supported by CUJO AI to meet business targets
  • Identify new business opportunities for the customer using CUJO AI technology and or products to increase business value
  • Manage the roadmap process in close collaboration with the product management & CTO Office

Required competencies

  • 2 – 5 years as Account manager, Sales or Product marketing/management in the Telco Industry selling technology and or products for consumer or SMB internet and or Wi-Fi services
  • Has a network and or established relationships in the industry & or Telco customers
  • A motivator, innovator, creator, and genuine curiosity to learn on all aspects of the business
  • Team player, seeks cross functional collaboration and ensures stakeholders are informed about activities, status and priorities
  • Experience in “start-up” and innovative companies
  • Appetite to discover unknown territory
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • German speaking (native or near native language skills) is preferred, Spanish optional

You will be accountable for

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining cross functional customer relationships in collaboration with Sales
  • Launch of the CUJO AI powered services by the customer
  • Development of the customers value propositions of the CUJO AI powered services
  • Education on the CUJO AI platform, products, and technologies
  • Understanding and communicating within CUJO AI the customers strategy, organizational and operational changes, business priorities etc.
  • Organizing and managing quarterly business reporting & reviews with the customer
